Should I be considered for this position as a virtual assistant? Then it would be my very first time working as a va However, I would say that with my current experience as well as my previous experience working as a product manager and a sales manager in a local bank that would help me perform this expectations um included in the job posting. So to share uh working as a product manager handling a non digital product of a bank was one of my projects that I am most proud of. So in, in this, in this project, I have an existing ven vendor or partner service provider, but I was tasked to look for alternate vendors with the goal in mind of of course providing better service for our clients which are corporate clients. So this is also to prevent services which are not acceptable to the client. So that requires the company of course to provide an other need service provider or a vendor so that our clients will have choices or we can have a point of comparison with regard to the service. So I would say that with this project, although it's very difficult to find a similar vendor and that requires time finding common time among the other stakeholders or the other decision makers. Uh I was able to find time for all of us. So that includes scheduling meetings, um discussions regarding the service, the expectations and also with regard to negotiating the date for of course the payment of service fees and also one of the goals or deliverables that is expected of me is totally a word or to finalize a contract with the vendor. So to which I was able to do so. And after that, the project of course will not just end like that. So that includes my continuous monitoring of the new service provider and existing service providers services. So that includes also me creating a service level agreement between the company and the partner service providers, which of course would require again time and um several comments and revisions in the process in order to come up with the final copy of the service level agreement which is both agreed by the parties. So I would say that it is really one of the projects that I've handled in the past which I consider successful as the product is still existing. And that of course, on my end, I learned a lot from handling a project from start to finish and it's being continued at the moment, aside from the goals and deliverables expected, expected of me, I was able also to achieve a goal of mine, which is of course to um achieve improvement with regard to my work experience and skills and learning is also along the process.
