Hello. Um This is Edward and um I want to say thank you for this opportunity to take this test and I'll quickly um answer the first question in three ways. I just read the instruction and I was instructed not to mention the name of an individual company where I found the job, but then I want to go about it like this. Um If I could share a successful project um that I completed as the assistant, um I want to share an experience I had with an individual and the name I would have mentioned and also experience I had with an individual in a company and also as a visual assistant to a company. So I'll be sharing three experiences and how um this has, has actually helped me in uh the career. So first, as an individual, I worked for a lady, a lawyer back then in 2019, where I actually assisted her with her litigation processes and also she was um a real estate owner. And so I had to take care of her Air BNB um projects and everybody calling in and all that. So actually helped her um grew her business. Until COVID stepped in and then um everything dropped down because there were no, there were no travels and all business were crumbled and we just have to uh roll that up. Then the next one is the one I heard as um a single visual assistant in a company working in the operation uh team that every day it was a publishing company, a news publishing company. So every day I had to prepare um newsletters. OK, what happened is I had writers who wrote the articles for me and when the articles come, I prepare them into a html uh email template and I prepare them into newsletters and I queue them up in any platforms. And then I scheduled them to go out every day for two years. It was a great one. And what actually happened in this is the more I do it, the more I discover ways of actually making the process shorter, right? So it wasn't the normal way where I met it where we have to grab every HT we have to work on every HTN code. No, I prepared my own. I had my own way of going through it. And when I introduce to the company, they actually loved it because it saves time and it, that means saving time means saving more money for the company. And uh it was actually a great experience working as a special assistant for that company. Why did TED one? I'll be speaking on this walking for it says working as a sales admin for a sales rep. And in this, I had to prepare everything needed for the sales rep to uh actually start her day. Right. And she um, called, did, she did call ins and um, basically it was a sales company. We sell our product. Uh So before she does the call, I have to come online and uh prepare everything, dial pad and ensure that her scripts, everything went. Ok. And um, by so doing, she had um, uh contact with more, more clients every day and it was a great experience, but something happened in that, that um I lost the job, not my fault anyway, but the my own sales rep was dropped. And so my position was no longer available for me to work and I could not step in for some other uh position. All right, this is really short.
