Hi there. So to answer this question, could you share a past successful project you completed as a virtual assistant? And what was the project in which goals or deliverables were accomplished? So I previously worked with um a linkedin automation platform company where we help professionals, they may be business owners. Um Executive CEO S um looking to get new clients out of linkedin and instead of doing the manual work of looking for their email addresses, phone numbers, job titles connecting with them. Um Big linker was the name of the previous company or the previous tool. Uh Big linker helps the users which are the business owners and other professionals connect with potential clients via linkedin, automatically send invites connection requests along with foul follow up messages. Um follow up emails as well. That was all done automatically with the tool I helped with onboarding for potential clients who would like to use big linker. I also helped with um virtual assistant, uh virtual assistant rather for administrative tasks such as following up with emails following up with clients as well. They could be potential clients. I could do um cold outreach via email call as well. And social media. And um aside from those tasks, I also manage a database of our clients and potential clients for generating leads. So I make sure that uh I send daily emails, I make sure to send uh to make daily calls. Um But as soon as the business evolved, um I learned how to create content for social media such as Instagram, Facebook. Um But I also heavily manage out all of our um um social media accounts. I also worked with um um the same CEO um yet for a different company. So he this previous client that I worked with had another company called Accounts Send uh where he would sell um all of the data that we've got from the linkedin automation tool. So we have millions of data like uh email, phone numbers of B to B contact information of professionals from linkedin. So we sold that or we sell that data through accounts, send as a verified data since it's been verified by linkedin, we also verified by email and call. So it's a definitely a full uh a worth uh a full worth of data. So I also help with social media management there, creation um content copy. Um We use chat G V T nowadays. Um Previously, we had to create the content in the past manually. Um But aside from that, um I mean, I've discovered social media and, and it, the management skills that I have from that. But aside from that, it's um administrative tasks. So um making sure my client's calendar is well booked in a week. Um I follow up with all our email correspondence and potential clients and the existing clients and I also make phone calls if necessary. I also do zoom video calls for demonstrations, say, for example, a client doesn't understand it via looking at at the website. So I would give them a call and invite them on Zoom so I can visually show them how to use everything. Um So those were my previous um experiences. I may not have provided much, but I can show you some of the sample words if needed or if you could if you would ask. Um So yeah, I uh just to make sure that I accomplished these tasks, uh I created spreadsheets of, of my tasks and I just checked them out every day and make sure that I accomplish them. I send out weekly reports as well and monthly reports to uh my client. Um my previous client just so he is up to date as well with what's happening. And um the work that I did, I could probably say that I've added 20% to the profit overall uh for the past three years for big linker and accounts end. So that's it for this first question.
