Hi. So the first project that I've handled was being an appointment setter with, I mean, virtually and I was responsible for taking inbound calls to prospective clients. And when they do qualify, I transfer them to a licensed agent as well as calling prospective clients with regarding with their insurance. And currently I am a medical virtual assistant and a personal assistant of one of our providers. And I am also still responsible for incoming calls regarding with any inquiries that patients have making out phone calls to confirm their appointments and schedule patient appointments with our providers. And I handle two offices and when it's my free time or I don't have calls incoming, I help Molik with the endorsement and I was given a task as well to ask for uh yeah, to ask our patients if they do have any feedback or any concerns regarding what the they said with their experience in office or actually in the goals that was accomplished is that task, the task was uh finished and it was closed because uh three out of 10 were we're good with, with uh with the experience in office in Virtually Israel. And so the client closed, that finished, that, uh, did not really focus on that since everything went well for both, uh, experiences.
