Hi, I am Clarence Bean and I am 28 years of age. I work for a call center and BPO setup for over 10 years. Now. I have worked for a virtual assistant, like for 1.5 collectively, I handle chat support and customer service where and I had to offer a product and transfer the call to a sales officer in order for them to complete the process for the customer. I also do not have a lot of virtual assistant projects but I would say that being exposed to the task in a BPO setup or call center set up, I can contribute a lot to your company and of course, deliver exceptional results. I am working as a team leader or a trainer for three years now and I can do multiple admin administrative task. I can conduct coaching. I can facilitate classes. I'm pretty much familiar with different tools where I have to send in a day to day reports needed um for operations. And uh also I am a fast learner. I'm a team player and uh I'm more than willing to be trained. I wouldn't mind being corrected if my skills lack the capacity. What I love about this role or job is I get to collaborate with different clients and also departments to improve the company and increase productivity both for the agents and also the um the operations and I handle multiple email inboxes.
